This pet-friendly Ocean Breeze villa in Forest Beach is perfect for your beach adventures. The location is convenient to Celebration Park with the pirate ship playground and The Sandbox Children's Museum. Celebration Park often has live music in season. Coligny Plaza is close by for live music, restaurants and shopping. with over 60 shops and restaurants it's a great place to spend an evening. Coligny Beach Park is the town's most popular beach park and the famous Tiki Hut is right there on the beach.

The villa has just been updated and has an open kitchen/living area floorplan with renovated kitchen including new cabinets, quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash. The kitchen has been fully provisioned with serving dishes and utensils so that cooking is easy. New luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting/ceiling fans, new beds/mattresses and vanities. New dining room table that seats 8 and 5 chairs at the kitchen island, along with new living room furniture to relax in after a long day. All 3 bedrooms feature ensuite full baths. The first floor bedroom has a king bed (we have removed the box springs so that the bed is easier to get into, with office desk and a monitor for privacy if you have to work during your visit.. The first upstairs guest room has a queen bed. The second upstairs guest room is a kids dream. It features a twin over full bed bunk bed. There is a twin trundle and a separate twin bed. There are bean bag chairs for lounging. You can't miss the 4' lobster and crab hanging on the wall.

There is an exterior deck that has chairs and a grill. The deck box contains everything you need for your beach adventures; an umbrella, wagon, toys, chairs and a rolling cooler. You can relax at the large pool area for swimming and sunning. The beach is just a 12 minute walk from the complex.

The Ocean Breeze community has three seasonal pools, a playground and tennis courts.

Hilton Head Island offers many amenities and adventures to enhance your vacation experience. There are many watersports available, miles of biking paths, golf, tennis, pickle ball, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Take a dolphin or sunset cruise or make a trip out to Old Town Bluffton to explore the Farmers Market on Thursday afternoons. There are dolphin and sunset cruises out of Harbour Town and South Beach Marina in Sea Pines and out of Shelter Cove Marina.

Comfortable and clean
The place was as advertised; centrally located with easy access to beaches, shopping and walking/biking trails. The house was clean and comfortable. Beach accessories were available and pool is right across the way. Check in was simple and the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Clean bedding and towels were in place upon arrival. We could immediately grab a shower after our long travel.

Family Vacation
The property had great updates and was very comfortably furnished. Deck box had items for the beach and was nice to have at the house. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit, Tom was very responsive and stayed in contact with us until it was resolved. Two disappointments: 1 was the dishwasher inside was covered in mold and mildew, we ran it empty but it did not clean it and so we hand washed dishes the entire stay 2 the back deck and chairs were covered in pine needles and debris. The debris had been on the furniture long enough that it would not just brush off. This made the deck unusable. We enjoyed the property overall.

Family Fun at HH!
The house was a perfect fit for our family. The upstair bunk bedroom was great for our grandchildren. There was plenty of space to play nightly card games. The location was convenient for the beach and Coligny Plaza. We loved it!

Golf Week in May
Great space for two couples. 10 min walk to beach. Wagon and chairs provided. We had great access to many many great golf courses. Bring your mosquito repellent. One minute drive to Coligny beach. We would definitely go back. The whole area is dog friendly

HHI great vacation rental

Loved Staying at Ocean Breeze
My adult son and I stayed at the villa for 3 weeks. It was so wonderful to have a work station and the internet was great for the days I needed to work. The villa is such a great location and has everything you need. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. We walked to the beach everyday. The walk was less than 10 minutes to hit the sand of the beautiful beach. We hit all the great local spots and took a few day trips. Bike rental was so convenient--they delivered and picked up the bikes. So many great trail around the villa. It was really great having 2 levels so we each could have our own space. The kitchen and living area are so big and provided a great common hang out space. Laundry on the 2nd floor was very convenient. I would highly recommend the villa and we will defiantly come back. We love Hilton Head and this location.

Christmas Holiday
Stayed in this lovely townhouse while visiting family at Christmas. It's nicely decorated, very clean, has well-equipped kitchen, neighborhood is dog friendly, and a decorated Christmas tree was a special touch...very festive! Our host Tom was great. Responded quickly to several questions we had. Highly recommend!

Beautifully Decorated Beach Villa
Very clean spacious condo. Beautiful kitchen and tons of space to spread out in the living area. We stayed her for my daughter's wedding weekend and the space was perfect for us. Downstairs king bed was very comfortable.

Hilton Head golf trip
Myself and two others came to Hilton Head for a golf tournament. This property was perfect for us. Three bedrooms. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Spacious downstairs and the location was really good. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Any question we had was answers promptly. Really nice play for our stay.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! Condo was walking distance (15 min), or a short drive to Coligny Beach. The unit included extra beach chairs, an umbrella and a collapsable wagon! The wagon was great for hauling all our gear. We had a great stay. The bed downstairs was too high, box spring not needed. Also, one of the showers upstairs not working. Host was very responsive.

Lovely condo and fully stocked!
The condo was clean and beautiful. The kitchen area was so nice and open! We were amazed at all the items for small children including (pack and play, toys, games, high chair, etc.), as well as the beach chairs and wagon. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful clean condo we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback I found was it was too far for me to walk to the beach. We did have to take the car. Also the bed in the downstairs bedroom was too high for an elederly person to climb into. Other then those two issues we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Villa
Fantastic villa with fully stocked kitchen and all the beach gear. A little far to walk to the beach with small kids (under 5) but the beaches are a 2 min drive with easy parking. Lots of great restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Loved our stay.

Was our first time staying at this property. Owner was very responsive. Loved that it was pet friendly. We were even able to stay an additional night. Was a bit of a hike to the beach if you walk and have lots of stuff and small kids but also metered parking at Alder beach access. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property.
