• Primary Renter – Must be 25 or older to book.
• Community Amenities – Pool, spa, tennis, and pickleball included. No private pool at the house.
• Service Animals – Must be disclosed before booking. Pet fees do not apply to bonafide service animals.
• Payment & Cancellation – 50% due at booking, balance due 60 days before arrival. Fully refundable 61+ days before check-in.
