Great Stay
We loved how the condo is decorated and so well thought out. There are hooks everywhere to hang up wet suits, towels, etc.. it was very convenient!! My kids enjoyed having their own TV to watch and also enjoyed the board games, tennis equipment and DVDs. The beach wagon was very handy!

Nice clean place to stay.
The home was clean and perfect for my family of 4! The boardwalk to the beach is about 1/2 mile but not a bad walk at all. The amenities on the resort were nice and as described.

Perfect for a quick get-away!
We came for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and this spot was perfect. Every thing was exactly as it was listed and the owner was very easy to communicate with! Definitely a place we will look at again.

First Time in HHI
The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of starter items for us to use such as TP, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The furnishings were very nice as well. Be prepared to walk a good distance to the actual beach. Not sure how I missed that detail when booking. However it was very nice to have Coco’s at the Beach at the end of the boardwalk before the beach to grab drinks & snacks. Also, having the beach wagon available to use was a lifesaver! FYI: Bring your own beach towels!!

Good location, some issues
Overall the condo was small but nice. A few issues to be aware of: the walk from the condo to the beach is quite a stretch, especially with kids!! You have to walk past 3 other condo building parking lots and then a long board walk. There is a “shuttle” towards the board walk but it’s a 3 row golf cart with no room for chairs, beach toys or anything. So we were not able to use it. The pool was close by but VERY chlorinated where your lungs hurt going into the indoor pool area. Be aware the check in at the gate to the condo complex, you will have to request more than one parking pass if you have more than one vehicle. There were not two ready for us, we had to wait for the owner to call the gate house. PARKING SPOTS are NOT guaranteed, it’s first come first serve for the parking spots even though they are supposed to be designated for your unit. If someone else is in those spots you have to park far away from your condo unit. Which is difficult when you are unloading and loading your vehicle. There are only three luggage carts for the entire HUGE complex area. You will most likely not have one on check out and will have to walk from your second floor condo, several times, to load your vehicles up. Not an easy walk. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. But bring extra toilet paper, you only get ONE roll per bathroom. There are NO BEACH/POOL TOWELS. You will have to bring your own. They have a beach cart for your things and one beach chair.

Perfect for a beach vacation
This condo was exactly as listed and we were so pleased with it for our beach vacation. “Check in” was super easy - all instructions are sent a head of time. It was very clean and well stocked. One beach chair, so bring extras if you like beach chairs. We really appreciated the beach buggy. Hilton Head Resort has three pools and tennis courts which were fun to use. The walk to the beach is about 10+ minutes and there is a shuttle that runs periodically. This condo met our needs perfectly and we will definitely book here again.

First Trip to Hilton Head!
This rental was perfect for our family of 4 on our first trip to Hilton Head! There was plenty of room for everyone and all of the accommodations were comfrotable. We loved the options of indoor and outdoor pools depending on the weather and enjoyed our walks to the beach everyday. Coco's was an added bonus! The proximity to shops and restaurants was great as well, and we spent a lot of time at Shelter Cove. We would definitely recommend this spot to other families!

Property/condo was just as described/pictured. The 2nd bedroom was a bit small for 4 teenagers but it worked! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need! The only thing we needed to pick up was additional toilet paper & trash bags!!!! We had a wonderful stay!

Hilton Head Vacation
The property served our needs as a family of 5. It had just enough space to allow our children to sleep comfortably in their own room. The storage space was sufficient for us to store our travel items for a week long stay. Having 2 full bathrooms was convenient as well. The property wasn’t cleaned to my standards but was clean enough to give 4/5 stars. Location was ideal. Close to beach and other attractions. The resort amenities were nice, my kids liked the indoor pool but it was quite cold. Wish it was heated since we went in Feb. The fitness room was only 3 machines and a bench set, so we used the boardwalk and other activities for exercise. Overall we felt safe and comfortable in our vacation home!

The condo was nicely updated. Some areas such as bathrooms were extremely clean, however, other areas were quite dirty. There was obvious sticky residue on the floor, I cleaned up what seemed like dried ice cream from the floor that was there when we checked in. There were Cheese puffs under the master bed, trash under the couch, and trash from medication left on an end table in the living room. I called the maintenance team upon arrival to let them know about the medication trash upon arrival and to ask about beach towels since none were provided, I was offered beach towels as a courtesy due to the trash and they were delivered two days later. We did not discover the other trash/food until later in our stay. The maintenance team also helped me troubleshoot an issue with the TV. The resort is old...the main pool was very crowded and there was trash in the pool that was not cleaned after multiple days. In contrast, the boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and seemed to be well kept. Ultimately, our stay was fine. We loved the beach. We were just very disappointed at the inconsistent cleanliness of the condo and property.

Great property
The unit was very Clean & comfortable. We came in the winter so the indoor pool area which was nice and was also very clean. Check in & communication was easy, no hassles. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Great time!
Beautiful, clean place near the beach. It had everything we needed, lots of sleeping space and 2 bathrooms. The resort itself is well kept. We felt very safe. Beach all day, rented bikes on site for evening rides on the beach, and then pickle ball under the lights. We love Hilton Head Island!

Check-in was easy, but when arrived all linens were thrown on the couch. Beds were not made and towels/kitchen linens were all on couch. I called the property manager and she offered to come and make up beds (I declined because it was already 4:30 pm and we wanted to move along with our day). I did inquire about a partial refund. The Property Manager offered a gift card to the bar/grill on the beach and would leave it on our table the next day. By the time we left the property the next day for the beach (our last day) there was no gift card to use while we were at the beach. When we returned to the condo late that day the Property Manager did leave us $25 in cash on the table, better than the gift card but this property needs to make sure the condo is absolutely ready for the arriving guests because they have paid for this service and they should not have to make up beds or have someone come and do it after check-in. Condo was nicely remodeled and decor was great.
