The private villa includes a furnished deck for bird watching and leisurely outdoor entertainment.

The home’s unique layout creates a flow from room to room that cannot be matched. The open-air kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare home-cooked meals or snacks for the beach. A leather sofa and a smart TV welcome casual downtime and movie nights in the living room. Free WiFi, streaming, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Rest in the rocking chairs and feed the deer that visit every day or take a bike ride around the island and stop at the nearby waterfront QuarterDeck for fresh southern cuisine at the base of the Harbour Town Lighthouse. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
