IT IS A FIRST FLOOR CORNER VILLA which sits next to a peaceful lagoon CONVENIENT– NO HAULING LUGGAGE AND BEACH GEAR UP TO THE 2ND or 3RD FLOOR EACH DAY (there are no elevators). It is located in building B of the tennis villas. Parking is right outside the condo and there is a Hilton Head Trolley stop right in front of the resort. Enjoy Coconuts sports bar / restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining just across the parking lot. Jamaica Joes tiki bar and grill at the LARGEST OCEANFRONT POOL on the island is a great place to hang out. Lighted, professionally maintained TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS are located just steps from condo. FREE TO GUEST.
Golfers will find a number of championship golf courses just minutes away. Bike rental is available just steps from the condo and you can jump on the island's many miles of paved, tree lined bike paths right from the parking lot. Also enjoy endless miles of riding on the beach on the packed sand while watching dolphins swim by, pelicans diving into the surf, seagulls floating on the breeze, and sand pipers darting back and forth.
Breeze Trolley runs every 20 minutes and stops all along the island including right out front of resort. You might not even need to rent a car!
Villa Amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen: This kitchen has stainless appliances including dishwasher, oven, range, built-in microwave above the stove, refrigerator. Small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, blender) are here for your convenience. Coffee Bar is set up for your morning coffee experience.
Dining Room: The dining area has a window that is only available in a corner unit.
Living Room: The living room has modern, comfortable decor. Condo has tile floors. Furnishings include a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, chair, ottoman, high speed Wifi, cable, and smart TV. The balcony is nicely furnished so you can enjoy breakfast outside.
Master Bedroom: Includes a queen sized bed with new mattress topper (May 2023) flat screen TV with google chromecast for streaming, and full private bath.
Guest Bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin beds and a second full bath, and flat screen TV.
Laundry: There is a laundry room located on the premises (nearby in the tennis pro shop building) but not in the condo. None of the HHBT condos have washers or dryers in them.
Beach buggy, beach chairs, cabana umbrella, sport umbrella, and sand toys are included. Beach towels not included, you will need to bring or buy some for your use.
Use keyless pad on door for entry. VRBO sends to you the code a couple of days before arrival. There is also a lockbox with key for backup use.
