903 Harbour Master Villas sleeps 9 in Shipyard Plantation! This villa is centrally located in the community with access to the community pool just steps away from the doorstep. With 2 bed-rooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this villa is ideal for families with children and golf enthusiasts!

The first level of this villa is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the dining room has enough seating for all guests! The living room has a smart TV and comfortable sectional. A half bathroom is centrally located on this floor. A second seating area is just off the living room and leads out to the pa-tio.

The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor with updated bathrooms in each. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and 1 twin bed with an additional twin trundle. The updated ensuite features a walk-in shower. Just down the hall, Bedroom 2 features a twin/full bunk bed and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle. This is the perfect room for kids with an ensuite bathroom that has a soaking tub!

The shipyard community is one of the best places to relax outside! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and take in the ocean breeze. A community pool is just steps away and you can drive or bike to the Shipyard beach club! The beach has private showers and changing rooms available for your convenience. Shipyard offers a seasonal shuttle service (May 24 – September 5) from your neighborhood to the Shipyard Beach Club! The shuttle is an additional cost of $10 for 4 wristbands or $15 for 6 wristbands. It is a convenient way to make getting to and from the beach easy! More information on how to purchase wristbands will be provided 30 days or less, prior to check in!
