703 Schooner Court is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa with a water view of Calibogue sound! This villa sleeps 7 and is in the heart of Sea Pines where guests can enjoy a 1-minute walk to the Harbour Town lighthouse and Harbour Town Golf Links! Guests will have access to a swimming pool just a short 5-minute walk away! With updated furniture and bathrooms throughout, the luxury views and comforting amenities make this property highly sought after in Sea Pines.


The first floor of this villa features the primary entertaining area with a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, and an open floor plan living/dining room. A half bathroom is conveniently located to the left of the main entrance with additional closet area for storage! The dining area overlooks the spacious living room with brand new furniture, a smart TV and full width sliding glass doors that highlight the ocean view. The patio is the perfect space to relax outdoors with a propane grill, dining table and comfortable lounge seating with some of the best sunsets on Hilton Head Island! During low tide you can walk out to the ocean and see native marine life to the area!


The second-floor features two bedrooms each with a renovated ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 features 1 King (or 2 twins upon request at time of booking) and 1 bunk bed (twin/twin) with 1 twin trundle. This bedroom also has a desk which is great for those working remotely or anyone needing to spend extra time on homework during a school break. A newly renovated bathroom is behind the sliding barn door and connects to the hallway with a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, Calibogue Sound view and ensuite with a double vanity sink and tiled walk-in shower.


703 Schooner Court is elegantly furnished to make you feel like you are home while on your beach vacation. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the water just outside your door. Great location and very clean

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and in a perfect location with shops and restaurants within a short walk. The beach is a 20 yard walk out of the back door as well! We will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful scenery

My and I travel to Hilton head annually in November for part business part pleasure stay. We always seem to gravitate toward sea Pines/Harbourtown. This was probably our favorite place to stay. it provided a spacious and comfortable setting. The only drawback would be lack of miscellaneous items in the kitchen. And the pans can use replacement. However, these items are minor and overall our stay exceeded expectations.

Location, location, location

THE LOCATION: Unbeatable. We’ve been visiting HHI for 25+ years, coming at least once a year for the past 16 years, and staying in Sea Pines for ninety percent of those visits. Staying in Harbour Town is such a great spot. I love the convenience of walking to the bakery in the morning for breakfast before going to the pier to see the dolphins that often hang out there in the AM, and strolling along the harbour at night before grabbing a drink at the tiki hut. I believe the trolly also has a couple of stops there in the summer, so getting to the beach is convenient. THE HOUSE: The house was very nice. It was clean and nicely updated. Mattresses were nice. Bathrooms were great. The view from the back patio is amazing, looking out at that beautiful tree and the water, and you are treated to gorgeous sunsets from there. My complaint would be the kitchen. It was so disorganized, poorly stocked, and all of the cooking items were just so worn. I am sure that under normal non-covid circumstances, a home like that isn’t one that people use to do much cooking, however, it would serve them well to spent a few hundred dollars to go through their stock, replace some things, and make sure they had everything a cook would need. CHECK-IN: We arrived at the address in the e-mail and were very confused. We were at a real estate office and there was no signage anywhere for the rental company I had been e-mailing with (Coastal Vacation Rentals). For everyone’s future benefit, the lockbox is at the door on the right on the side of the building that has parking and two entrances. I missed it and ended up unintentionally interrupting someone’s meeting in the real estate office. The gentleman in charge of their rental business was offsite, and no one else in the office seemed to know the lockbox existed. We had to wait for the man to come back with the keys. We had gotten there earlier than check-in probably was, so again, not at their fault we had to wait! However, my advice and request after the whole ordeal would be to update to a keyless system. For a house that sleeps so many, it’s so much easier anyways than to have to coordinate who has the keys.

This was our first visit to HIlton Head ! This property if perfectly located to food , shops, and scenery. We were so impressed with everything our place had to offer ! Perfect place to stay as a couple or with your family !

Great location but needs cleaning.

We loved the views that this property offered. The location is perfect!! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our only issue was the lack of cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was very dirty with food stains on walls, door behind trash can was filthy and the bar top was sticky with leftover spills. Property in desperate need of a “deep” cleaning.

Fantastic View and great location.

Highly recommend and will most likely stay here again. Although the bathrooms definitely need to be updated, the view and location out weigh this minor issue. This biggest negative is that its 100' away from Cinnimon Bear Ice Cream Shoppe. You'll get use too ice cream as a regular night cap. :)

Restful Retreat

We were very impressed with 703 Schooner Ct. Walking in, the property has a very welcoming and tranquil feel. As you walk from the entrance to the family room, it showcases a wall of windows that shows off the most picturesque scene. After tearing ourselves away from such beauty, we explored the rest of the property to find a well stocked kitchen, both bedrooms were nice sizes providing plenty of room and the bathrooms were adequate. Keeping in mind that this property isn't wheelchair accessible, we were still able to move our son around in his stroller with ease on the first floor. The patio has a table with plenty of seating and a grill. You can walk out from the patio straight to the bulkhead and go fishing during high tide. In our opinion, the property is located in the best area for walkabilty. There's so many different things to do literally across the street. Shopping, dining, lighthouse, live bands, water activities, etc. Don't let all of the action across the street scare you because once inside the property you cannot hear anything going on outside the front door. This was such a great property to spend our vacation. We definitely were pleased with 703 Schooner Ct and look forward to staying there in the future and seeing those awesome dolphins swim by again.
