Building 1 Parking Lot Side: Scaffolding has been installed, walls are being prepared for painting, and the expected completion date is 3/21/2025, weather permitting. Building 2 Lagoon Side: Complete. Building 2 Avocet Side is currently in progress and scheduled to be completed by 2/28/2025, weather permitting. Building 3 is complete.
Lagoon repair project is scheduled to start 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete.
