Ocean One 411 is an oceanfront VIP condo that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Two outdoor balconies provide panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean over the oceanfront pool. One balcony is off of the living room and the second is off of the oceanside master bedroom. Imagine parking your vehicle when you arrive at Ocean One and being close to so many attractions that you won't need it much for the rest of your stay. After unpacking, stroll out to the balcony and absorb the view. Then, head to the beach or the oceanfront swimming pool. Approximately 11 miles of sandy beach are at your convenience: You can walk, bicycle, swim or just park yourself to relax and watch the surf. You also can take a dip in the large pool. After your time on the beach or pool, guests can rinse off under the outdoor showers located on the complex's private beach walkway. When you get hungry, you can grill your favorite foods on the outdoor gas grills, prepare a meal in 411's kitchen that is stocked with many of the items you would have at your own home. Head out to the numerous restaurants on and off the island if you prefer not to cook. In the evening, you can enjoy the ambiance of a roaring fire at the fire pit area (Open between Labor Day and Memorial Day). Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues and entertainment for all ages. It's also within walking distance to the Lowcountry Celebration Park where many festivals and outdoor music shows are held. The park has an amazing Children's area called The Sandbox Children's Museum. This up to date VIP property has a 55" flat panel TV in the living room, and each bedroom has a 32" flat panel TV. Two of the three bathrooms have walk-in showers. All showers/bath have grab bars.
Thinking of going to the RBC Heritage golf tournament in April? Just walk a few steps from Ocean One to the shuttle buses at the Lowcountry Celebration Park for a quick ride to the tournament.
Ocean One is undergoing a pool renovation and a boardwalk renovation that will affect beach access and pool use over the 2024-2025 winter season beginning November 1, 2024.
Projected completion for boardwalk renovation is end-of-year 2024 and pool renovation will be ongoing until early March 2025.
