"Property was as advertised. Check-in was easy and property was clean. There was no check out instructions but we just took dirty towels and sheets off beds. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area."

The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. "We come to the lake every year so we can have a relaxing place to stay while we visit grandparents who live locally. My wifes grandparents are in some bad health so it was nice to sit in the breeze way with them and listen to stories while our kids laughed and played in the pool. The memories made will be memories cherished for a lifetime. The home was phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous!"

"We truly enjoyed this house. It has a well stocked kitchen and the back porch is perfect! There is a little bit of a walk to the dock. The only reason I even mention this is to tell everyone a wagon would super helpful to take things to the water! We will be back!"

"Literally the best spot on Lake Sinclair!! The home, the yard, the dock, the fire pit and the back porch!! All of it!! Will definitely be back! The beds are comfy! The home had paddle boards and kayaks! I could go on and on!! Loved it!!! Loved it all! "

"Perfect lake house on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Robbie was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make our trip perfect. The house sits on a beautiful large lot that extends out on a point into the lake. The back of the house faces west and the sunsets were spectacular. We will look forward to coming again soon. "
