"We enjoyed our stay at this property. While it was somewhat sparse in furnishings, we managed by moving seating in the dining room to the kitchen, given the open concept between living room and kitchen. (We had 4 adults, a 12 year old and 17 year old so one couch and one chair made it tight for seating in the evening to watch a movie. Overall, the property was clean and well kept. The lawn could have been mowed (we had children with us who like to play outside), but that didn't hamper our stay....

"We had a great experience. There was a slight smoke smell when we first arrived but the management group was very cooperative and offered various solutions to help remove the odor. It was nice out so we just opened the windows and aired the house out. No issues after that. Nice quiet neighborhood and you a really close to just about everything. Nice restaurants and great community. Would highly recommend."

"The property is exactly as it is in the pictures. Fully furnished with all utensils. Turn-key rental, no need to purchase plastic forks or even shampoo and conditioner. VERY clean and cozy. No complaints and would recommend this to anyone."

"This property is perfect if you are bringing your dog with you. The large fenced in backyard is amazing. We also enjoyed the little touches, like the box of toys in the kids room and the bandaids in the bathroom. We will stay again!"

"The home was very clean, bright, cheery and cozy. The yard was perfect for the fur baby as well! Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Communication with the property owner was beyond exceptional! Loved our stay! "

"You can't beat the price of this place, but that's because it's a Motel. Nowhere in the posting does it mention this is a Motel. It says it's a private room, but especially based on the pictures (there is not a single picture of the exterior of the building) I was lead to believe this was a private room above a shop on Main St. The onsite employee was the best part of the stay, very sweet, kind lady (she has nothing to do with the posting, BTW)."

"Family loved the hot tub. The location was great, with easy access to the Ohio Erie Trail down the street. Property management was quick to fix a faulty smoke detector. "

"Really adorable cozy cottage! We were in town to visit the Columbus zoo and wanted to stay somewhere with more room than a hotel. Bedrooms were so cozy and comfy. Really appreciated tiny details like having coffee filters provided, lotion in the bathroom, easy checkout, adorable decor! Place is small and the sounds travel, so it’s not a place where someone could easily go to sleep and others could stay up making noise. We were pleasantly surprised by the cute town of Westerville! So...

"Our stay at the Little House was wonderful. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me. The hosts were welcoming. They added touches like snack basket, K-cups set up, and amenities in the bathroom. The backyard they share is so peaceful. We will definitely book with Sue again."
