"Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. "

"The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. "

"This was the perfect place for 5 siblings to come together that hadn't all been together in 25 years. It was a peaceful atmosphere away from distraction and noise. We sat under the stars at night and talked into the wee hours and the beach was peaceful. Plenty of great hot water and fluffy white towels! "We absolutely loved this beach house! Hard to find but we waved down instacart and Uber eats drivers! This place was absolutely perfect for our needs and had beautiful sunrises from our deck while drinking coffee in our pj’s! Walking distance to the Sandbar restaurant which we loved also and minutes by car to everywhere else! We will be back!"

"The Hotel was fine except for the weird bathrooms. You had to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door as the door swings closed about an inch from the toilet. So unless you legs are less than an inch wide you can not close the door without stepping into the shower."
