"First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. "

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"We stayed a weekend.With those views you don’t want to leave the condo.Great Beach, Nice Pool.Chris is great and responsive with any needs.The town of Fernandina is a short drive away. Great restaurants. But be prepared to wait most have no reservations. Do Take out and eat in the balcony. That’s the ticket."

Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed.
