"It is absolutely not worth the price. We were entitled to an upgrade as gold members of hotels.com/Expedia which was not considered even after mentioned. The hotel was not fully booked in early November (actually far from that). The room is totally disappointing: does not have a safety box or even reading light. The coffee machine is a joke. It is poorly furnished, the bathroom is old and dated, nowhere to place a small necessaire. No slippers nor bathrobe, amenities are laughable. The windows...
