The host was very kind and showed us around her property filled with her stunning artwork, sculpture and tile work. The pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay. "Although there was some major hiccups both on my side of the platform and on Kathy’s side, I was able to reach her easily and we remedied the issue beautifully. The cottage was comfortable and very close to Gruene Hall where I met my family for dinner and the show. They booked a larger place about 20 min from town. I loved this spot as a base while I checked out some other sites near New Braunfels. Thank you, Kathy!"

"The property is a great accommodation for friends or two separate couples visiting Fredericksburg. The location is great however, I wish the driveway was more visible and better kept. There was plenty of room inside the house, which made it comfortable to have multiple people, but to still have your own space. My biggest, and really only complaint, was the cleanliness. There was a layer of dust over most surfaces and grasshoppers through the house. In the room I stayed in there were grasshoppers...

"I stayed here for a full week and it was nice, quaint and peaceful. Although I was amazed that there was absolutely zero cleaning supplies. The overall cleanses of the property was below average. I actually purchased my own cleaning supplies to have a clean, comfortable stay. There’s a Keurig machine, although they provide zero Keurig cups. There’s not even sugar. If you are staying at this property, don’t stay longer than three days. Unfortunately they do not supply you with anything but a...

"We loved it, this house holds special memories to our family. We stayed here back in July 2018 and my mother was still alive, this time she wasn’t physically present but we felt her spiritually with us. The Best part is we found her note in the journals you provide for feedback from when we stayed there in 2018. Brought happy tears to our eyes. Thank you and we look forward to staying again. "

"Terrific location walking distance to Main St., the place where everything happens. Easy drive to wineries and Enchanted Rock. Just a great getaway weekend and our VRBO didn't disappoint. I would definitely stay here again. No kitchen seemed odd, but we ate out (Hangar Diner, Sunset Grill, etc.) and didn't really miss it. I recommend this trip and location, highly!!"
