"All I can say is, this hotel is exceptional. It’s easy to get to in Santa Rosa Beach, right on 30 a. It’s only two years old, so everything is still pretty much pristine, and the hotel was outfitted with high-end materials and is staffed with high-end people. It’s in a retail development that includes retail stores, restaurants, a coffee shop - those type things. There’s plenty of parking, which is free. "Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "
