"We were in town for our son’s wedding and the house was a perfect location with all modern conveniences inside. All new appliances, well appointed kitchen and very nice baths. The outdoor sitting area next to the creek was lovely. "

Good Wi-Fi but had to enable Wi-Fi calling in order to make and receive phone calls with Verizon. Nice enclosed deck at rear of home for outdoor grilling. Good places to take walks right from front door and staying within Shelby Community."

"This home was just wonderful! Lots of space for our large group to spread out. The dining room was huge, so we were all able to eat together. The mountains and trees were beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place for half of our family to stay for a family reunion. Lots of things to do in the area. The kitchen was well equipped for each of us to take a turn cooking a meal. Our furry family members also enjoyed it!"

"The front porch advertised on vrbo was not the 2 nasty fold up seats that were actually on the porch. The oven would not come on at all. My Thankfinner was ruined. Heat was splotchy. Advertised DVD player but there was not one on property. The clothes dryer made VERY LOUD noises. I left my daily medication bag in the house & was not able to get anyone to agree to go back to get it & give to my brother-in-law. We will never rent this house again."

"Quite an enjoyable stay at this somewhat oddly designed house on top of a hill overlooking the Highlands. The driveway is well hidden (and steep) so make sure to watch closely for the house number on a large tree. But once up the driveway, it expands into an area for 4 cars. Kitchen/Bathrooms are all modern and nice. Wrap around decks give it its Treehouse name, and on the top floor you can see over the trees and the surrounding area.
