The main level boasts a welcoming living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a pass-through dining area, and a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms that share a full bath.
Ascend the stairs to discover a snug bedroom and bathroom, complemented by a generously sized, carpeted area- an ideal retreat for the little ones on a rainy day.
The inviting living area on the main floor features a cathedral ceiling, a stately, stone fireplace with gas logs, and a Smart TV with a Bluetooth soundbar for your entertainment needs.
The well-equipped kitchen is complete with new appliances, plentiful kitchen tools, pots, pans and convenient bar seating for three.
Gather around the dining table that accommodates eight guests, making it an ideal spot for meals or engaging in your favorite lively games.
The Primary bedroom offers a California King bed, and its ensuite bathroom includes a step-in tub/shower combination with a safety grab bar positioned beside both the toilet and shower.
The two additional downstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combination. The first guest room is furnished with a comfy queen-sized bed and a Smart TV, while the second guest bedroom features two twin vintage spool beds.
Upstairs, a charming third guest bedroom awaits with two antique cannonball twin beds. The accompanying bathroom includes a toilet, vanity and tub (no shower.)
Outside, unwind on the spacious covered porch. This outdoor living space features comfortable seating and a gas fire pit bowl, making it ideal for relaxation anytime. However, it is extra nice when the gas grill is being used so the grillmaster won't be left out of the conversations.
A washer and dryer are located in the nearby detached carriage house. (The carriage house sleeps 2 and can be rented for an additional nightly charge.)
Please note that this home does not have A/C, but is equipped with fans and thermostat-controlled gas and electric heaters.
It’s important to mention that there are uneven stone steps leading to the front door, and there is no handrail. This is not a problem for most people.
This property is located near the end of a newly paved dead-end road, minimizing through traffic, and ensuring easy access for all types of vehicles. Ample outside parking is available, including covered parking spaces.
