"It was perfect, everything about this property was on point! My husband and I throughly enjoyed this lakefront property! The water is crystal clear, great swimming, even when it rained the one afternoon the lookout over the glass railing deck is exceptionally beautiful! Property had everything you need for a quick get away, so relaxing! We will be back for certain!"

"Its was nice but spent sometime dealing with ants 🐜 had traps down but need to deal with the problem outside traps that push in to the ground, all in all i like it there very peace full ."

"This is an absolutely beautiful two-story cottage with everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Nestled into the woods but close to the area's attractions, trails and the town of Haliburton - it's a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a washer and dryer, barbeque and beautiful views into the forest. All in all, I would highly recommend and hope to return...

"My son and I had a wonderful weekend. We had the sound bath and tea party. Both were relaxing and we both left feeling rejuvenated. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. We will definitely return again. I t would like to try the sweat lodge next time. "

"We liked how spacious the upper and main level were, with various sitting areas to lounge & congregate. The bedrooms were lovely & beds were comfy. The stand alone tub was a fabulous feature. Outside, we loved roaming around the property & forest. The snowshoes & sauna was a hit. We could feel a connection with nature & spotting deers was special."

"Had an amazing stay in the wolf cabin; Exceeded our expectations! Super clean, private, and comfortable. Only a few minutes away from town which made getting around very easy. Ellen was an amazing host - super responsive and answered all of our questions. This was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancée - we will definitely be booking again!"

"I really loved how intimate this experience was. We had only one other group here and interacted only just enough to say "hello" in passing. There are HUGE berry bushes, lots of (tiny, harmless) wildlife, beautiful wild flowers, and trails to follow. On the downside, I was a little sad to discover that this space doesn't have a dock nor anywhere to rent watercraft. The advertisement somewhat led me to believe otherwise. There are, however, excellent rates nearby in Bancroft proper."

"The property is an absolute slice of heaven. We had a great fire the first night. Unfortunately it rained but we had a great break from the city nestled into the forest. We enjoyed watching the beavers and wood ducks."
