"Given it was the "off" season for the area, we couldn't dine in etc. Nevertheless everything about the place was excellent including importantly the price, being appropriate to the circumstances. And we did enjoy our evening meal at the local award winning pub. I heartily recommend this resort."

"Nice place to stay reflecting on the history of the building. A good nights sleep, very quiet location with parking out the front. Breakfast available complimentary was basic but enough: tea/coffee & milk plus toast / cereals provided. I'd stay here again for the beautiful peaceful location."

"Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great.
