Lakehouse on the Narrows

This 2400 sq. ft. home is located on the Narrows in the heart of Greers Ferry.

This waterfront home has easy lake access to the water's edge. We are walking distance to shopping, dining, and more. Directly across from the home you can launch your boat at Lacy's Marina or the Narrows campground. Lacy's Marina has the option to rent a boat, jet ski or rent a boat slip depending on availability. Enjoy a year-round view of the narrows (rain or shine) under two covered patios with comfortable seating for 6 - 10 people. You come to Greers Ferry Lake to enjoy the lake, why not do it from every room in the house with large windows facing the lake and sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom directly out to the upstairs deck. Wake up to a beautiful view of the lake from any of the three bedrooms. Relax at the dining table, cook a meal or just relax in the living room while enjoying a view of the Narrows action. All upstairs rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. At the end of a long day of fun, enjoy the upstairs living room or go downstairs to the media room where you can enjoy a 65" TV with a refrigerator and adjoining bathroom. There is a nice selection of books, games, puzzles, and DVDs for your indoor enjoyment. A conveniently located Redbox is within walking distance. We offer Jenga and corn hole for your outdoor enjoyment; noodles, beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. The home has a Weber propane grill on the back deck for you to use any time of the day. There is lots of parking in front and in back of the home. There are two one car garages in the back for you to store your water toys while not in use.

Great Spot
Beautiful location! Beautiful home,everything was just as described....my only suggestion is a tv in the living room...however we spent most of our time on the deck when we werent on the water,so it didnt bother us! Will definitely stay again

Perfect weekend
We came to Lake house on the Narrows to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday. When we arrived Joy had a Happy Birthday sign, beautiful flowers and a card. Such a very thoughtful gesture and made her feel even more special. The homemade cookies were so sweet too. We absolutely loved having the kayaks and spent each morning kayaking down to the cliffs to watch the sun rise. We brought our boat and enjoyed most of our days on the lake and then came back to the house and watched the sunset from the tube floating in the water or from the benches. Such a beautiful home and the perfect location for me and my family.

40th birthday getaway!
This was our first visits to Greers Ferry! Area is amazing ! The house was perfect and surpassed our expectations! I highly recommend this house. It’s around the corner from the marina and the backyard view is breathtaking!

Outstanding!! Perfect lake getaway!
Our weekend at the Smith house was outstanding! It was immaculate and so well stocked! There was even a plate of homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! The view of the lake was gorgeous, with convenient lake access. We loved that it was so close and accessible to the marina as well as Dollar General for item we’d forgotten. Though there were so many things provided that are sometimes not, like paper towels, Kleenex, trash bags, zip loc bags, hand soap etc. All the kitchen items we needed were provided as well! We enjoyed the layout of the house and we had bumper pool and cornhole tournaments all weekend! So much fun! You might want to note there’s no TV upstairs, but we are a game playing family so we actually enjoyed playing cards and hanging out. Definitely highly recommend a stay here, it exceeded all we’d hoped for!

Lake Fun
Our family, which met from Arizona, California, and Missouri had an amazing time! This was our second time at the Smith Lakehouse. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for visiting and watching the activity on the lake. The kayaks were an added plus. The home baked cookies were so yummy!!

Great Spot
Delightful place to watch the 2024 total eclipse from. We stood by the narrows and enjoyed a cloudless sky to view the eclipse. Joy was responsive and took great care of us upon arrival. We'd come back again, for sure!

Wonderful House with great view of the Lake
Everything was wonderful except that the beds were very uncomfortable (too firm). When you take a vacation and can’t get a good nights sleep it affects your whole vacation. I contacted the owners with the issue and hopefully they will invest in some new beds, Otherwise it was great!

Great weekend get-away with family
We loved the lake house! We wanted a place on the lake for our family, all adults. The lake house is beautiful. We loved the layout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and media room and full bathroom downstairs with extra space and lake toys and bumper pool in the garage. Everything was super clean and an easy check in/ check out process. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, groceries and gas if you need them. We cooked all of our meals and used the grill and it worked perfectly. We brought 2 stockpots from home only because we knew we were cooking crab legs but the kitchen was well stocked with everything else! We brought our kayaks and enjoyed going out before sunset and enjoying the calm water and beautiful views. Just a word of warning, the path to the lake is more difficult than we had anticipated. There are rock steps going down for part of the way then rock stepping stones to just loose rock. I have a torn ACL and had to have assistance to navigate it safely and my father-in-law has neuropathy in both of his legs and it was just unsafe for him to attempt the walk. So just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed it so much that I know we will be back when it is cooler. Oh, we also rented a boat for a day from Lacey’s marina across the lake. They were very nice and helpful and it was a great time.

Lovely Lakehouse with beautiful views!

LOVE, LOVE LOVE!!!
This was the perfect house for our family vacation! We walked in the front door and immediately felt like home. The house was warm and inviting with an awesome view of the lake. We walked to the kitchen and there was a plate full of homemade cookies with a sweet note to us. My oldest grandson told his dad that we had to get there at 4:00 because there would be cookies for us! They were delicious 😋. The house was clean and stocked well with things you would need. You are just minutes away from the store if you needed anything and close to restaurants. The walk to the lake was easy and the view was amazing. We were able to sit on the patio and see the kiddos playing in the water or take our chairs down and sit closer to enjoy the water ourselves. I’ve not seen a shoreline as open as this one since we’ve been renting houses on the lake. I could go on and on about this property, it was that nice! Don’t hesitate on this one. I only wish it could accommodate 12 people because next year we will have 12 instead of 10 coming and I can’t find anything I like better than this. Joy was great to communicate with and we had no issues at all! Thanks Joy!!!

Smith Lakehouse
Our family which resides in Arizona, Missouri, and California, meet at Greers Ferry Lake each year to visit and participate in the Decoration Ceremony on Memorial Day. This Lakehouse was the best we’ve stayed in by far. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and decorated very nicely. We spend most of our time on the amazing deck. There was plenty of comfortable seating, all color coordinated, with a view of the lake and lake activities. The cookies were yummy! I would definitely recommend this Lakehouse!

Smith Lakehouse
We had an absolute wonderful time. We always come to the Ozarks a couple times a year and this will definitely be on our come back to list of homes. We received a warm welcome and home made cookies and candies to make us feel at home. There was plenty of room for four adults, a teenager and two kids. The lake is never disappointing and the sunsets were fantastic. The peace and quit was just what we needed to help recharge and recover. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Spur of the moment trip
Our original vacation got derailed so this was a last minute plan and we had a blast. We enjoyed exploring the ozark national forest and Greers Ferry/Fairfield area. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed and more!

This property was everything promised. We hope to stay there again. The view is fabulous and the house is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen , comfy beds, and the porch is fabulous.
