"Surprisingly great cottage accommodation near Auckland. Could be good for an extended stay, but we had only the one night. The property is in a recessed gully on the land, so suffers from poor mobile connectivity, and the on-site WiFi was no better in the specific cottage we had -- wouldn't do for us for a longer stay. Some of the other units (opposite side of the gully) may have better reception. Hosts were great, and we have only praise for everything else but the lack of decent internet."

"Thank you for sharing your lovely piece of paradise. The bach was just as described, peaceful and relaxing. The deck is awesome with the birds right there. Plus the advertised "air conditioning" is 3 standing fans and 2 oil heaters.
