The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

"We loved our stay here. The cottage has loads of quirky architectural features. It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. We mostly stayed cocooned in the cottage as it's so warm and snug. The cottage is situated in a working horse riding stable so during the day people are coming and going in front of the cottage as they arrive and depart, so...

"This was the perfect size and location for our short stay in Oxford. There is a bus stop directly outside of your door and it takes you right into town. Also super easy to catch a bus right back to where you’re staying! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It also sits in a nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend! "

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable.
