"Beautiful home and area. Only stayed for two nights and wished we had booked more. Loved the house and loved being on the lake. Great being able to see the Mackinaw bridge from the shore. Fireworks on St. Ignace on Saturday night was a great surprise. This is definitely on our "Let's do this again" list."

"My family of four plus our two doggies enjoyed our week stay in this gorgeous home for our first trip to Michigan! The view couldn’t be beat! We could see Mackinac Island in the distance. The home was well-stocked with all your basic needs plus some extras. We enjoyed having the kayaks. While it was in a small town, we were able to drive 20 min or less to get to good food and historic sites. "

It would have been nice to have a sponge as well as a broom and dustpan for cleaning up after the kiddos. The futon cushion was very comfortable. "Our family had a perfect week. Everything in the house is excellent quality construction, very impressive to accomplish on a island with limited resources. The property is very large, impressive, peaceful, beautiful, among other flattering adjectives. The views from the house are honestly one of a kind. We had 8 adults and 5 kids for the week and we were very comfortable. Definitely recommend."
