"Our family has been gathering in Dunnellon for 5 years now for Thanksgiving and our rental this time was the best rental we have found by far. It was so great we have already booked it for 2026! The property is beautiful, the house has such a great set up for a large group with so many great spots to sit and relax and catch up with extended family and friends. The pool table was an awesome place to hang out, as was the fire pit, the porch, the deck and the river! It’s simply gorgeous! And the...

"We booked on very short notice with no issue,the communication was excellent. Easy to find with no problem. Check in with very smooth.We arrived around 7.It was very peaceful no interruptions very satisfying for our need at last minute. Host was very sweet and delightful.We will definitely book again."

"Overall the home is very warm and welcoming. It sits at the end of a DIRT street, and you may have to avoid some livestock on the way in. But aside, the neighborhood, the house is extremely clean. and the beds are super comfy. The only real complaint I would have is that the water heater needs to be turned down, nothing like accidently burning yourself trying to wash your hands."

"Great place for family to hang out"

"The rental is in a very nice, private residential neighborhood. It's on the same property as the owner, Gary, who is very nice and accommodating. We were able to have our dog with us and there is a nice backyard where we could play fetch with her. The place is clean and well kept. There is both a back porch and a front porch to sit out on. "

"A great, spacious house in a serene, beautiful location. We loved our stay and exploring the Crystal River area. The property's very well equipped, truly a home from home, and enabled us to enjoy a very relaxing family break, plus the stars at night were simply amazing! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. "The house is comfortable. Everything we needed was there including a beautiful backgammon game on which we played many games. Communication with Brad was easy. "

"This rental property was a great place to stay. Nicely located near activities."

"The property was very nice. It ias just like a small fish camp, nothing bad, just dont expect the Ritz. However, everything was very clean aand ready to use. Including some fishing poles and bug spray (we alraedy had some and I highly advise you bring some too.) The dock was great for fishing and cathing bait fish to go out to the causeway with. Not a lot of big fish near the property but did see a few feeding along the grasslines. Inside the house it was very quiet, could hardly hear the road...

"This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future! "

"Really enjoyed ourselves the property was beautiful. Love The Villages stayed many times this house was the best we have ever stayed at. Swim spa great kitchen had everything you need. Owners and property manager were very responsive when needed. Would go back!!"

"Fine staff and property. Good location less the heavy traffic. Attractive property. Large area in back to walk. A couple walkable restaurants nearby. Breakfast very good but expensive if you do not have complimentary access. Enjoyed the 6 night stay. "

Terrible!

"Terrible! Worst stay ever! They charged me three times. When I have complinied with the hotel they were rude and not helpfull. I did not autorize the charges and they did, even though I had informed and showed them that I had been charged already. I am still waiting for the rebursement. Breakfast is simple and poor. Rooms ok. I would not book the hotel again."
