"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"We had a wonderful stay with the family! The pool and hot tub were the best and we were there most days and most hours of the day! Fishing off the dock was great! We rented a pontoon boat for the day and docked it right in the back then went out to the flats for a fun excursion. "We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. "The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!"
