This spacious holiday home in Obermoschach, Carinthia, offers an ideal base for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in the mountains. The semi-detached chalet is located in a small park on the edge of Hermagor, a charming town in the Austrian state of Carinthia. The home gives you easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities, including superb hiking and mountain bike trails alongside the park that follow the river towards the nearby Weissensee. What's more, a 10-minute drive brings you to Nassfeld, a stunning ski area with 110 km of slopes of all difficulty levels. In summer you can have fun with the whole family in Carinthia's largest open-air park. Nassfeld Outdoor Park offers a variety of challenges such as a rope course, climbing, flying fox, 3D archery, mountain carts and river tubing. In addition to its magnificent location, the holiday home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The ground floor has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living room consisting of a separate dining area and a spacious sitting area. There is a toilet at the entrance, together with a large coat rack and storage cupboard. The open staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two large bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed). This first floor has a spacious bathroom, two balconies and a sauna. You can park right beside the chalet. Obermoschach is located close to the tri-border point of Austria, Italy and Slovenia and not far from the Italian border — 10 minutes from a dip in Lake Presseggersee. In just 30 minutes, you're in Italy and in 45 minutes, you're in Slovenia! In summer, enjoy lots of swimming fun in the outdoor pool in Kirchbach, the Gitschtal adventure pool and the natural pool in Mauthen. In Hermagor you'll find plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs, not to mention a wide selection of good restaurants.
