"Extremely nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Great outdoor space - deck and BBQ and large grass play area. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were great. About 30 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park where we went for a tournament. We have an electric vehicle and it was difficult to find charging in the area as it is not available at this property (110 plug). "Rustic, authentic Adirondack Lake House with plenty of room for the family. Plenty of outdoor equipment including a great dock to fish off of. Indoors was cozy with plenty of warming options on chilly nights and rainy days. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. Multiple dining areas including a very nice sun porch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic lake house experience."

"The apartment was perfect for my family and me. Perfectly located near my Dad’s home. Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. Loved being near the park too. Walked there daily. Also used the wonderful outdoor porch daily. And renter was very responsive and friendly when I contacted them of anything. Recommend this place to anyone."

"This place is beautiful!! The views are incredible and the yard is huge with lots of room to play games and sit around the fire pit at night. The houses have everything you need. Just bring food and beverages! There are hay fields surrounding the property and we were able to watch the hay get cut, fluffed and then rolled. It was fascinating to watch. Hot tub was perfect! Amos is a great host and we will most definitely come back again!!"

"We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable."

"I booked this as a surprise anniversary get away! It did not disappoint. The caboose is modern and everything we needed was there. We will absolutely be back. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, this place is perfect. I read my book, my boyfriend went fishing and we were still spending time together, peacefully. I cannot say enough good things!!!"

"Mike was there to greet us at check in. Gave us a bottle water and a tour of the beautiful home. Bathroom was immaculate. Towels and bathrobes were plush. Bed was comfortable.
