"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Quarto bem amplo, com cozinha completa (talheres, panelas, fogão, frigobar, etc.) que pode ser muito útil dependendo do objetivo da viagem. Banheiro também bom. Não possui serviço de quarto diário, mas não nos faltou nada. Fomos muito bem atendidos. E mesmo chegando tarde, deixaram nossa chave e as instruções na porta principal. Apesar de ficar próximo a montanha, fica ainda perto de tudo. Andamos a pé por tudo."

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"Wonderful apartment and nice location that is still a short walk from the glacier paradise terminal or the train station in the central area. I’d recommend taking a taxi to the house upon arrival in Zermatt as the trek to the house is uphill and can get cumbersome with luggage. The loft we had in our top floor unit was fantastic…though the lack of a handrail and odd shaped stairs can make it a challenge getting down.
