I was very disappointed with this hotel. The man that checked me in was not friendly at all. I had to ask questions regarding breakfast time and other things. I had to pull the information out of him. Pitiful!! In addition, the room that my husband and I were given, which was on the second floor, had the smell/scent of a dog. It was not good at all. I am thinking we were in a room where pets stayed. I think those rooms should be marked and noted for those who do not have pets should not be given one of those rooms. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I will say the breakfast was good and had good choices. In addition, my sisters were given good rooms on the fifth floor, and they did not have any issues. The front desk clerk stated that Hampton was full, and we could not be moved together. As stated earlier, I was very disappointed. My husband and I left earlier than scheduled because of the smell.
