Secluded 3 Bed Home near Scratchgravel Peak

Summary:
You will love this bright and forested newly remodeled three bedroom, three bathroom home. There is plenty of space for the whole family to gather and enjoy the views! Enjoy the board games, tire swing, and reading corner. With just a three minute walk to the nearest trailhead, you don't want to forget your mountain bike!

The Space:
Enter into the main level and enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with lovely views from the kitchen and dining windows. The dining area boasts a large table with room for everyone to share a meal together. Cozy up in the living room with good book or your favorite show on the Smart TV. Don't forget to check out the board games in the TV cabinet!

BEDROOMS:
The main level has two bedrooms. The first is one of the Primary Ensuite's with a queen size bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a Smart TV, and is just across the hall from the common bathroom. Head down to the basement and you'll find the third bedroom which is the other Primary Ensuite. This room has a queen size bed and direct access to a bathroom.

If you'd like to hit the trails, you can find the nearest trailhead only a three minutes walk from the front door. This will bring you to a trail along Scratchgravel Peak, a popular trail for mountain biking!

There is also a pack and play, high chair seat, and play tent for the kids!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. We ask that you do not utilize the garage unless on foot as a passthrough. Please park in the driveway only.

The Neighborhood:
This home is about 18 minutes from downtown Helena. It feels like a secluded getaway, yet there are neighbors scattered throughout the trees so please be a good neighbor during stay and respect property lines and noise levels.

Getting Around:
The roads are plowed in the winter months.
