I would not stay at this hotel again even if it were offered to me for free. We walked into the room, took one look around, and left within minutes to stay at another hotel nearby (Days Inn ā clean, neat, and safe, just a few minutes away).
From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals lingering around, and the whole place had the atmosphere of drug activity or other suspicious behavior. The staff at check-in was unprofessional ā a young teenager barely spoke a word, and the lobby itself was dirty and unwelcoming.
The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. It smelled horrible, the counters and bathroom were filthy, and the bedding looked like it hadnāt been washed in months. The sheets were stained, and the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in over a year.
We didnāt even bother telling the front desk we were leaving because we knew there was no chance of getting a refund.
Iām not usually picky when it comes to quick overnight stays during travel, but this was by far the worst hotel experience Iāve ever had. Iād rather pay three times the price than ever return to this place.
