The Holidays in Helen on the Hooch, it doesn't get any better!

Welcome to our Beautiful and comfortable riverfront home, it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with unobstructed views and private access to the Chattahoochee River in Bavarian downtown Helen, Ga. we are also booking a sister property in the same building if you need more space and want to be with your friends and family.
It is in walking distance to many great restaurants, tubing, parks, golf, activities, trout fishing, the waterpark, hiking, Vineyard tours, shopping, the Helen Festhalle, Valhalla at Inns Bruck golf resort, the mountain coaster and opened last summer Uhuburg Castle at 571 Ridge rd just a 10 min drive.
The screened in deck has plenty of seating to dine and grill outdoors or just relax and watch the river with the occasional fisherman and tubers.
The spacious living room has deck access and river views, a chase lounge sofa, double gliding & reclining catnapped love seat, a day bed , a 55” 4 K Roku TV, WiFi, gas fireplace and cabinet with plenty of games for all ages as well as a small collection of books. The high top table seats 4 and there is room for 2 more at the bar. There several USB charging outlets too.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you will need including a Keurig pod or drip style coffee maker to make a fresh pot of coffee and sip it on the deck overlooking the Chattahoochee. We also have a crock pot, ice cream churn and microwave. The kitchen has granite countertops and a dishwasher as well.
The Master suite has French doors accessing the deck and river views and has a 12” Lucid gel foam King size bed, gas fireplace, 43” 4K Roku TV and private bath with Whirlpool tub and separate stand up tile shower. Please bring soap and shampoo as we do not provide them for our guests.
The Guest room has. Pillow top queen size bed with a gas fireplace , a 43” 4 K Roku TV and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub/ shower combination unit.
The unit has an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer and plenty of towels and linens and even a queen sized air mattress for unexpected quests.
The parking in onsite and close enough to walk to most of downtown Helen. For the explorer in you we are very close to Unicoi State park, Anna Ruby Falls, Zip lining, river tubing, ride the mountain coaster, Horseback riding, Smith-gall woods state park, Habersham Winery, Yonah Mountain, Raven cliff falls, Duke creek falls trail, and the Stovall Mill Covered Bridge to name a few. Too many water falls with in driving distance to mention them all. Don't forget the Festhalle has Bingo, Beerfest and other activities all year long and it is only 2 building away.
We are just 15 min drive to Cleveland where NoFo Brewing Company (previously Tantrum), Clyde’s bar & grill and many shops, The cabbage patch hospital ( home of the cabbage patch kids), the Cleveland Zoo, Walmart, ingles and many other stores and Restaurants.
We are also with in an hours drive to Hiwassee, Lake Chatuge, (be sure to check the Georgia mountain Fair events calendar for concerts etc.) Blairsville, Dahlonega, Tallulah falls, Gainesville , the Premier outlets on Cumming Ga. and too many other destinations to mention.
