Quick Trip
Although due to the weather we were unable to make our trip, our hosts were absolutely wonderful. They responded quickly and allowed early check in due to the impending weather.

Cozy and comfortable
The cabin was clean and tidy, everything worked except for the hot tub, which was disappointing as the hot tub was one of the reasons we had booked the cabin. The owners called for a repair but it was a holiday weekend and I don’t think a repair was feasible due to the holiday.

Overall lovely property but needs clearer listing info
Overall the cabin was great, but the listing needs to be clearer. Nowhere does it state that it is a two car max and even on the listing is stays “guests are asked to park street side”, but once we talked to the host, as we had three cars, it became clear that there were only two spots. We were then told to speak to security who told us we could not park anywhere street side or by the pools and they did not have any other solutions for us. Our first night was hours of us just trying to find a parking solution for the third car. This needs to be clear somewhere. We were also unaware of the intense inclines throughout the community. Thankfully we all had newer cars, but those were even struggling. If this was during winter our vehicles would not be able to make it let alone an older car.

Enjoyed our cabin accommodations in Helen GA
Our cabin in a gated community outside Helen GA was very clean and convenient to Helen and quiet. There was a spacious living room kitchen with a gas fireplace and a hot tub. The only issue was that the hot tub never got above 75 degrees

Great location!
We loved the properity and location. The house was clean,welcoming and cozy. We would suggest more lighting around the house number,add hooks to the back of door in the master bathroom to hang towels to dry after shower and to reach after shower,add lights near hot tub and change the wording on website about parking. Parking is on premises not on the street! Beautiful cozy decorated house! We loved it.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay at this property. However, there are some things that we didn’t enjoy at the property. The parking is sort of going down hill so it was rather difficult getting in and out of the car. Although the listing says “close to downtown” “within walking distance to downtown” there is no way anyone could make the walk to downtown. The roads are very much inclined to be able to walk. The fireplace did not work. The main issue we had was the hot tub area. The way the hot tub is placed it makes it difficult to maneuver around. Especially when the top is off and on the holder. There are also no lights going down to the hot tub so it’s very dark at night. We had to use our phones to be able to see going up the two sets of stairs. The hot tub also never got hot so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it. Considering how much we paid for two nights, you would think we would be able to enjoy listed amenities we paid for.

Lovely Stay
We really enjoyed staying at the cabin! Don't come in a car with weak breaks, the hills are intense! It's just a short drive to downtown Helen and close to parks and wineries. Only small suggestion would be maybe some more lighting (string lights) down by the hot tub! And listen to the hosts advice, don't leave food on the counter- the ants will come! Otherwise it was great!

Great stay, close to downtown Helen
This house is always great. We've stayed their 3 or 4 times over the last decade and it's always great. Super clean and comfy home and it's proximity to downtown Helen is great. It's just a great place for a family to stay for a vacation in the mountains.. a great home base with a full kitchen and comfy rooms. We will be back!

My wife and i brought my mother in law [ 84 ] to see her [ 81 ] sister in clevland for what will be posiblly the last time they get together. We had a wonderful time in the village of Helen & the surrounding community . You both were great and easy to work with. The whole trip was Top Knotch !!! Thank You !!!

Excellent stay in Helen!!!
My family has visited Helen multiple times but this was the first time we decided to try a Vrbo rental. (Our friends own a cabin in the same community and we’ve always stayed together but all of our kids are getting too big for one cabin!) This rental exceeded expectations in every way! Clean, organized, equipped, and NO BUGS which is a real issue when you’re in the mountains! We stayed Friday through Monday and couldn’t have been happier! The hot tub was an excellent touch as the weather was a little cooler for June and we needed to warm up after tubing in the river! I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here if you are looking to stay in Helen! Cabin is in an enforced, gated community as well, which adds a nice level of security. Thank you for an awesome stay!!!

Great trip!
We loved Helen’s Haus! Great spot while we were in Helen for Alpine Volks Fest. Very comfortable, and we were able to take advantage of the grill and the hot tub. Only downside was that it wasn’t walking distance from downtown, but we would most certainly stay again!

Great stay, would recommend!
This property was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was even better than the pictures online. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views/outside was so peaceful - we spent hours just relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. There was a minor hiccup where the hot tub wasn't heating up properly at first (or we didnt know how to heat it up) However, we contacted the owner and they were incredibly responsive. They came over right away and fixed the issue. We were very impressed with their prompt attention to the problem. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property. The house, the space, and the owner's attentiveness all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Perfection
The cottage was absolutely perfect. Very beautiful, roomy, had everything we needed (but couldn’t find a toaster). We just made our toast in the oven. Beds were very comfortable! Hot tub provided for lots of relaxation and conversation. The TVs were super small for TV watchers, but we didn’t go to watch TV. We had an amazing time!
