Bedroom 1 (Queen) Bedroom 2 (twin beds, one twin trundle (closest to window) that can be moved to stationary twin to make king, if preferred. Full bath with tub/shower.

Pet friendly for our well behaved friends. Please help us stay pet friendly by picking up behind your pets outside.

Approx. 30 - 50ft (across the street) just before, at end of fence and at the old bridge, provides access to Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river. Save on parking by staying with us downtown. Walk to downtown shopping, liquor store and our famous Betty"s Country Store (IGA) for groceries. Walk to our many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck. Enjoy the indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines and rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone.

The bungalow was within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops, but just far enough away to get away from the activity noise. The bungalow was adequate, but could use a bit of updating and more kitchen type stuff i.e. basic paper products and a couple basic seasonings would have been nice.could use a

We had an amazing time. The cottage is perfect as everything you need. The best part is how close it is to town where you can just walk everywhere. We did some stuff outside of Helen like hiking and ATV rides and all of those were wonderful too we will definitely be back.

We love staying at this property…they are extremely accommodating and make sure everything we need is available for us to enjoy a wonderful get away! Location is easy walking to downtown….Even when there is an issue, they (Cindy) is extremely responsive and makes everything right! We’ve stayed here before and we will for sure stay here again!

Bi-Annual Family Stay in Helen, GA
This home was a great location for us. My wife and I and our dog stayed here, Mom & Dad stayed next door at 290A, and my brother and his family stayed in a home across the street and on the river. This made our stay very convenient. We were also a very short walk to Betty's Country Store (a must place to go)! The kitchens are a little small in both 290A & 290C, but unless you are planning on during a great deal of cooking while on vacation, they are more than accommodating. Full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dual coffee pots. Also, a full-size washer and dryer in both cottages. I recommend both cottages and we will stay again!

Wonderful
The bungalow was just perfect . Perfect location. Close to walk everywhere . Very quiet little side street. Could see people tubing the river across the street from the front porch. We had a great time . Even rode the horse and carriage that is at the end of the street .

This is our third year staying at this location and we enjoy it every time. The place is always clean and cozy! We love this location for its privacy but it’s also conveniently located so you can still walk everywhere.

Everything you need. The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!

Wonderful Mountain Bungalow
Perfect! Our #1 priority is cleanliness and this bungalow was spotless. The location is exceptional. A short walk to town but still very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Having off road parking at the bungalow is a big plus. It’s right across the street from the Chattahoochie River. So pleasant to sit on the front porch rockers and listen to the river as it flows by. All in all just an exceptional experience for us. We will definitely be back.

Well worth it.
From the layout of the house to the location, our stay was a full 5 stars. Betty's country store (an IGA) being 1 block away was an unlooked for bonus. Next time I want to visit Helen, this house will be my1st choice.

Cute spot close to everything!
This was a cute little bungalow that was sooo close to everything. Once I parked my car, I was able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. I needed to reach Ms. Cindy when I arrived. She answered immediately and helped me out without question. Thank you for sharing this adorable place with our family.

Perfect location for a weekend family trip with our small dog! Parked once and we were able to walk wherever we needed to go in Helen.
