This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Cozy SEC Football themed condo located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The rental was super clean, easy to find and easy to access. You could park and walk everywhere the rest of the weekend. Having a quiet glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the river was relaxing. Definitely on the list if we return to Helen.

Helen Fest in your future plans?
We stayed in the Alpine River suite 501 which was in a fabulous location. Walking distance from everything in town and about a quater mile from the fest hall. The building is a small facility so very little trafic and very quiet as well. Our unit was very clean and right off of the bedroom, we had access to the private balcony which over looke the Chattahoochie river. Had a wonderful stay other than the fact we were there during Hurricane Helene passing through the region. Was rather exciting and we were fortunate to only experience the river overflowing the banks along with heavy rain and wind! Do walk the trails in the area as well as see the water falls!

Very cute suite in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Bring some coffee and creamer or walk to one of the cute shops to purchase some. Everyone is super friendly. Fun little town!

Great stay at a great location
Short walks to downtown and even shorter walk to the Fest Hall for events. Riverfront balcony is great for watching the tube riders go by. Very spacious condo and comfortable bed. The only con for me is that the football theme condo should have the ability to watch games of choice. There is no local channels for tv and a football ticket tv app would have been awesome

Upon entering rental there was a large cockroach on the dresser which was very much alive. Needless to say I ended up sleeping with lights on for 2 nights. Also the bed squeaks and the headboard so definitely not very romantic. Very small pillows for a king size bed.

The place was perfect! Roomy, clean, and organized. Balcony was a private one, which was very nice. Right on the river, assigned parking. We will definitely be returning. Also a great price. Quick response times too!

Amazing 4th of July weekend
We had a great time at this amazing location. Each unit was uniquely themed. Perfect location to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We also booked tubing and was able to walk down to the check-in for that. We literally walked across the street to watch thw amazing firewprks. Cant wait to return and will definitely tell our friends about this wonderful place

The apartment was very clean and well supplied. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Really enjoyed being there. The only drawback us that it is right on Main Street, so it was a bit noisy in the evening.

This place is great.
If I could give this place an 11, I would. Very clean, relaxing, and close to everything. Some recommendations: 1. If you wan to cook, bring things to cook with. Not many cooking things to cook with. Please note, you don’t come to Helen to cook. Enjoy restaurants. 2. Refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker, if you need ice, buy a bag and put in freezer. 3. The coffee maker is a Mister Coffee. If you want coffee in the morning, bring ground coffee and filters. 4. This condo has college themes. By the toilet is an Alabama beating Georgia for SEC. If you are a Bulldog, this is not to look at when you are on toilet. LOL 5. All I can say is, if you don’t stay here, you are missing out.

We loved everything about the condo. The steps were a little challenging but we made it just fine. We can't say much about the couch though. It was very uncomfortable and hard to get up, especially for us "older" folks. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was sitting on the deck, drinking coffee and listening to the river roll by. I'd give it a 10!

Great cozy getaway
Me and my husband feel in love with this little condo it was so nice and quiet.. the river was a plus to sit outside every day and listen to the river was amazing! Super close to everything we walked to everything in helen that was close. Perfect place for a small weekend getaway! We even got experience the prettiest and biggest bald eagle one morning fishing it was truly amzing trip.
