"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the visibility of the address. I’m sure the owner of the condo can’t change it, but possibly suggesting to the HOA or whoever manages the property to put up a larger sign or larger numbers. This would be most helpful! "

"The condo was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to town. There is one assigned parking spot but visitor spots are available on a first come first served basis. The entrance is up a slight hill. The owner was very easy to work with. "

"The place was great. Great location and beds were very comfy. Will def stay here again. Just be aware there are stairs that you must go up to reach the front door and 2-bedrooms are upstairs so if you have any trouble with stairs this is not your place. But for us it was wonderful. Next time we will be staying a little longer. (only stayed 1-night on our way to Gatlinburg)"

"We met up with some family for a reunion. This was less than a mile to the city center walking. This has plenty of room and all of the essentials you need. It was nice to have a place away from the hustle and bustle to relax. Oktoberfest is a blast, I highly recommend visiting this town and staying with this host! "

"The townhome was very clean and roomie for all 6 of us ladies. The cleaning crew went above and beyond, extremely friendly during our stay. The beds are all comfortable as well. The location is a bit far for walking to the heart of Helen, but it is just a short drive. It was easy to get back and forth to the townhome. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and walking up a hill when bringing in luggage. It is a beautiful and quiet place to stay."

"This property is a great place to stay when visiting Helen. We actually walked everywhere, other than when we went to visit Anna Ruby Falls. It's just about a mile walk into the heart of Helen and easily accessible by sidewalks and easy road crossings. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters.
