"We had a group of 12 stay at the house. Great location, house amenities were on point, clean, safe neighborhood and our host Ricardo was excellent. Highly recommend this property."

"The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due."

"I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. I will definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you...

"The property is well taken care of and spacious. Had everything I needed. There are issues that are not within the Host's control. For example, it is right in front of a main road with no buffer between the road and the driveway so pulling your car in and out can be a challenge. This also means there's a lot of noise coming from the road so keep that in mind if your main goal is to rest. On the plus side, it's not hard to find and you have stuff nearby. "

"Follow the hosts directions to the house! They are very clear, and Google/Waze/Apple don't have the correct coordinates for the address!We were very happy with our stay in Caguas! The location was exactly what we were hoping for. The house has free parking right in front, which was super nice! Caguas is a short drive to a large percentage of the island and the house is just 4 minutes from the main highways on the island. "We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."
