Come enjoy our Families Mountain Hideout a Cozy Cabin in the Pines, that backs up to the national forest. The cabin Is located 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix in the White mountains of Heber/ Overgaard.

Relax on the porch swing, play horseshoes, tell stories by the fire, roast marshmallows, hang out in the game room and make some family memories!

Our cabin is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, awesome game room and a private 1 bedroom little cabin. It sit on almost an acre of fenced in land.

The Main cabin sleeps 8 with 3 beds and bunk bed.
Additional 2 twin air mattresses and couches in cabin
Game room has a 3 futons and couches.
Little cabin sleeps 2 guest available for an additional cleaning fee ( $40 + processing fee) Max guest 10


Bedrooms
Bedroom1 -upstairs king bed with a private outdoor balcony and flat screen 43’ smart T.V
Bedroom 2 -upstairs queen bed plus bunk beds and flat screen 43’ smart T.V
Bedroom 3 -downstairs queen bed and flat screen 55’ smart T.V
Bedroom 4- Little cabin- Own private 12’ x 12’ room with queen bed, A/C ,heater, flat screen 32’ smart T.V, dresser, night stand, lamp, ceiling fan, linens, blankets and pillows (Little cabin is not attached to the main house) The Little Cabin is available for an additional cleaning fee ($40 + plus processing fee) Sleeps 2 guest

-Couches and 2 twin air mattresses in main cabin
-3 Futons and couches in game room/ loft above garage

All bedrooms have T.V, ceiling fans, dresser, night stand, lamps, hangers, linens, blankets and pillows

Game room/ loft is above the garage with air conditioning/heater, arcade game, shuffleboard, Wii U, 3 futons, couches, tv, DVD player, table and chairs. ( garage/ game room is not attached to the main house)

Bathroom
2 full bathrooms are separate from the rooms for easy access for all guess.
Upstairs bathroom has a shower.
Downstairs bathroom has bath and shower.
Bathrooms have; Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straightener.

Kitchen and Dinning room
Fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and appliances you need to make a good meal.
Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip coffee and pods),blender, crock pot, toaster and waffle maker. Dishes, silverware, bowls, plate, cups, knife set, utensils, cookware, bakeware, oils, salt, pepper, sugar and a lot of different spices. Dinning table with 6 chairs and 3 bar stools

Living room
Flat Screen 65” smart TV with NFL Football package, Netflix, YouTube Tv, Hulu and Disney
Sectional couch that will accommodate 1-2 people as an alternate sleeping area .
Leather couch and love seat
Wood burning fireplace to cuddle up to.

Laundry room
Washer and dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, laundry basket, drying rack for clothes, iron, ironing board, extra blankets, pillows and linens.

Outdoors
Large wrap around porch with a porch swing, table and chairs and patio furniture for additional seating.

Down the street less than a mile away is a corner store/gas station (Circle K). Restaurants, grocery store and shopping are only 2-12 miles away.
3 lakes are located within 30 miles of our cabin. Black Canyon, Wood Canyon and Willow Spring.
Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, biking, golfing, skiing and more.

Guest will be given a unique access code to enter the cabin 1-2 days before arrival.

Policies / House Rules reminder
- Please do not touch anything in the garage, this includes the refrigerator .
- No shoes on carpet
-No smoking on the property
- No pets Absolutely No pets on property! Fine is $400 and pet will need to leave property immediately!
- No Events or parties
-Max number of (10) guest
-Please follow Fire Restrictions Rules
- No shooting of guns/firearms
-No fireworks
- No cutting down trees or limbs.
- No drugs
-No roof access
- No riding of Motorized vehicle on the property or out the back of the property.
-Be courteous of the neighbors. No excessive loud music outside. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with great people.
-Not following house rules you will be fined and or possible evicted

Note: Your safety matters. The home features 5 external security cameras facing the exterior of the property and 1 ring doorbell facing the front outdoor entry. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
