"We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. The patio had a great dining table/umbrella, and the dock was perfect for fishing. Thank you for a lovely getaway cottage!"

"The beach area was beautiful. Good fishing. The house was nice. The only observation I have would be to move the queen bed. The ceiling is very low in that area. We both hit our heads pretty hard in the beginning."

"Memorial Day weekend my family and I wanted to get away and recharge. We have four children ranging from 16 - 6 y/o and 2 dogs. This rental property was perfect for us! When we were not at Hughlett Point Beach or Compass Entertainment Center, the children enjoyed the garage with darts, foosball and basketball. We be played games at night and enjoyed the morning sun out back. My husband and I were able to walk our dogs with ease and got to explore the neighborhood. I would recommend this property...

"We were sold on the rental because of its size, location, and pet friendliness. The hosts provided an immaculate, spacious, and attractive rental, complete with bedding and towels. "It was everything it said it was and more. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful neighborhood. Soft comfortable beds Kitchen was fully stocked with any thing you would need Nice place to sit outback and have breakfast and watch the birds and listen to the river. Husband loved fishing from the dock. Play ground right next door if you have little ones. We loved it and will definitely keep this site to stay again. Wonderful Host. "We stayed here for a wedding for our son. Our first interaction was with Ray, who is simply a delight to speak with. If you ever book this property, make sure to bring up baseball with Ray. The home is awesome. The pictures do not do this property justice. The backyard by thr creek is just wonderful. We took advantage of the kayaks. Overall a great stay. Would recommend this property to anyone."
