"Room was clean and accommodated a wheelchair easily. While comfortable, there was a lot of noise coming from the rooms on either side of us - we could hear talking, walking and the tv. Made it difficult to sleep. The hotel was under renovations - hopefully a sound barrier will be implemented to makebit quieter. Nice hotel. We would stay here again."

"The attendants that checked me in and out were very friendly. There was a minor mishap with my original room and it was switched right away, and she assured me that it was ok. The quietness was the absolute best. I’ll stay again when I visit. "

"Excellent!! Beautiful house and very well kept, very clean. Excellent communication and excellent service. "

"I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."

"We liked this place. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the other games they had. Beds were comfortable. This place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs."

"We stayed here two nights while we were in College Station for the football game. The was even cuter and cozier in person than the pics! The house is recently remodeled and the host has thought of everything! Beds were great, everything was super clean, and the host left a box of pastries that served as a great breakfast both mornings. We loved the home and would definitely stay again!"

"The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!"
