"Inn is right off the Blue Ridge parkway. Check-in had to be done between 3 to 6 was easy. Property has a restaurant, a gift shop and a play room with pool table. We had a 2 queen bed facing the valley. It has a door to a shared balcony with Adirondack chairs. Individual air conditioning for each room. Room had wood floors and wood paneling to half way up walls. Room has dresser with 40" TV and a good size refrigerator. The sink is in the room. Shower and toilet in closet. Thick towels provided."

"Loved the location and the quietness of the area, cabin we stayed in was perfect, just wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely planning a return and telling friends about the stay. Made a friend in Olive, the owners dog, she's good company on a walk around the property. The lodge and kitchen are great, if you like to cook everything is there for you, and you don't have to smell up your cabin if you burn anything on the stove (not that we did, just a thought). "Charming retro roadside motel, quiet small town with friendly people and beautiful mountains. The only thing we would suggest is maybe one more comfy chair for the rooms - as age 60 travelers it isn’t always comfortable to sit on beds. But other than that, everything was perfect! "

"The host was wonderful and very accommodating. We enjoyed the whole place - our room, the downstairs living quarters, as well as the patio in front of the house and the sitting area in the back of the house. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The town of Burnsville is quaint with cute shops and good restaurants. Location is very good for scenic drives and hiking in the area."

"The cabin is cozy and nestled away for privacy. The cabin was extremely clean. All the kitchen and bathroom items needed are provided, just in case you forgot something. The cabin had great hot water, super fast wifi, great tv, and a view hiking trails close by on the property. We had our German Shepherd Dog with us, so large dogs are allowed, which is a big plus, while other places sometimes have weight limits on our four legged family members. "Overall I had a really positive experience. The property manager was always extremely prompt with responses. If you are going to stay here, be warned that it is a tiny home, so I wouldn't recommend bringing multiple large dogs. Be warned, if you are planning on using a mirror, the only one is located above the couch, so you have to do some climbing to use it. The gravel driveway is a little bumpy but my small car was able to manage it no problem. I have Verizon, and I had excellent cell service,...
