"Stayed one night, arrived late. Hosts Jes and Eileen very friendly on arrival. We were rather tired and just stayed in. Jes cooked a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Enjoyed our brief stay. The other guests were great also. So a lively breakfast conversation was held. Would easily stay here again, a few days would give you a good break. We were pressured by time to head back home."

"I liked the location and the staff were very obliging. The unit was clean and comfortable but the whole property needed an uplift. The fountain in the front was surrounded by a weedy garden and it is supposed to be the frontispiece of the property. The unit needed a refit to make it more up to date."

"No free parking. Checked in just prior to 5pm. Staff were in a rush to go home, so briefing and welcome was extremely rushed. There was some awful stains around the toilet seat, and rust around the shower"

"The Shoreline is quite a big property, just across the road from the walkway and beach, and no more than 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Napier. Our studio was at the back, a big suite, with a huge bed, a jaccuzi, a decent bathroom with a good shower, and a small kitchenette with a small dining table and 3 chairs. "

"A lovely outlook over the sea (perfect for a superb sunrise), spacious and comfortable. Parking on-site was ideal. Room maybe a little tired, but perfectly functional. Staff are very friendly and helpful."
