Effective November 24th, 2025, through December 18th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

The main living area includes a private lanai that is perfect for enjoying ocean views while sipping on something tropical and delicious. A window AC unit will help keep you cool on those warmer days while you relax on the comfortable furniture, watch your favorite show on the SmartTV, or whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and counter seating.

Down the hallway you'll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as the main bathroom and master bedroom. A comfortable King size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and SmartTV awaits you!

Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes a Queen size bed, Twin size bed and it's own bathroom! The perfect family set up!

Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.

The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Ka'anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.

There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay, along with brand-new washer/dryer combo. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
