Experience a relaxing Maui getaway in this beautifully renovated, second-floor oceanfront studio at Papakea Resort, North Kaanapali, Lahaina. This spacious, 537 sq. ft. non-smoking studio (including lanai) offers breathtaking ocean and pool views, with lush tropical grounds just outside your door.
The studio is equipped with modern comforts like air conditioning, a ceiling fan, plenty of natural light, and refreshing tropical breezes. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the shaded lanai, or fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves. The lanai stays shaded since it is north facing so it does not get the direct heat of the sun. During whale season (November to April), you can even spot these magnificent creatures from your balcony!
This home is nicely decorated with new island furnishings reminiscent of old Hawaii and has a comfortable king-size pillow-top bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a private washer/dryer, free 5G Wi-Fi, a 42" flat-screen cable TV, and beach gear like chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a cooler.
Papakea Resort spans 13 acres with lush gardens, koi ponds, 2 heated oceanfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, putting greens, and BBQ areas. You'll also have access to weekly Mai Tai parties, fitness classes, and a shuffleboard.
Conveniently located near restaurants, beaches, and shops, Papakea offers easy access to Ka'anapali Beach, Whaler's Village, and famous snorkeling spots like Honolua Bay and Kapalua. Plenty of free shaded parking is available, and the front desk is open from 6 am to 11 pm. If you arrive after hours the security guard is there 24/7 to assist you with your check-in.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! Please Note:
There has been a complex-wide interior plumbing renovation on Papakea resort, and the renovations for the E building commence from March until June of 2025 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM). The nightly rates reflected on those dates are greatly reduced in consideration to the potential inconvenience, disruptions, and noise due to the repairs. We make no guarantees that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests/neighbors. Any such inconvenience/disturbances/disruptions shall NOT constitute a breach of this rental agreement or give guests any right to any refund or rate adjustment.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
