We loved the recliner couch, the jacuzzi tub, the fire pit, and comfy bed. There were so many cute fall and extra touches throughout the cabin. "We loved staying on the farm; we felt right at home! We wanted to hike, and this place is close to Mt. Nebo SP, Lake Dardanelle SP, and Petit Jean SP! The cottage was squeaky clean, the bed was comfortable, the decor was charming, and the Grays are the friendliest! There is plenty of room, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the farm cottage."

"The property was nice, however very dry for this time of year. Burn ban was in effect during our stay so we could not use fire pit. Fishing from the dock was nice. Over-all enjoyed our stay. so we so"

"This property has a lot of potential but could use some extra attention to make it great. The rooms are spacious and the TV is large, so that is nice. Had trouble getting comfortable on the small couch and very firm mattresses. Some areas were missed in turnover, which happens sometimes.Host was very communicative. "

"The pictures are a bit misleading when it comes to where the property might be located. It is close to Mt Nebo state park but I was hoping/ thinking it might be closer. The accommodations were excellent though. Certainly a nice comfortable place to stay. The outside patio area with fireplace was very peaceful. "
