"Staff was very pleasant, but communication was difficult at best. I would recommend future guests to make sure you have WhatsApp or you could feel very isolated. The room was very clean, but not what we expected. Pictures did not seem to be a realistic representation of the property. "

"This is a small hotel just a few blocks from the downtown area and within walking distance of so much stuff. The owners and staff were great and made us feel at home the whole 6 days we were there. They have a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch which was excellent. Everyone(including the security personnel)introduced their selves to us so that we knew who they were. We never felt unsafe while staying here. If you want to get to know the Belize true culture and want a nice cozy place to stay...

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely restaurant and spa. Andean at the front desk was amazing with her suggestions for places to eat and things to see and do. TDee was wonderful with giving us knowledge/history about Belize. The property is pristine and the staff was absolutely the epitome of excellent customer service!!! The massage therapists Alyssa and Tennille were amazing as well with the spa services we received!!! This will always be our place to stay when visiting Belize!!! "

"This property was very quiet and within about 15 minutes drive from the airport. James was very communicative and told us lots about the history of the area and his personal history, which we appreciated. Concerns were that interior doors didn't open all the way, the dish sponge was very old, the refrigerator dispensed water very slowly and I wondered if we should be drinking it, the listing had shown a washer and dryer (which was most probably in the owner's house) and the valve on the shower...

"The room was clean. The hotel owner/manager could do a better job of greeting customers. Parking is good. Price is reasonable. This has been my go to hotel for the past 10 years whenever I visit Belize. "
