"This cottage is lovely. The location is perfect for accessing local attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The view from the deck is so relaxing and ever-changing. the sunsets are amazing! My husband and I stayed for a week and were very pleased with the accommodations. We had our dog with us and appreciated the dog bowl as well as designated covers to put on furniture if pets are allowed up. "Cute little ranch just down the street from the main road in Gloucester. Slept 4 adults comfortably and had everything you needed. Mile Marker One restaurant is within a half of a mile as well as a nice gas station/convenient store. Nice outdoor seating to watch the boats while having a drink. Under 3 mi from Hammond Castle and about 15 mi from Rockport and Salem."

"The big issue was the listing, which said it could sleep 4 and that it had 2 bedrooms. It cannot and does not. It had one bedroom with one bed, and a 2nd room with chairs in it. Upon complaint, the owner acknowledged the error, informed us that there were air mattresses in the closet, and refunded us one night's stay. It was labor day and there was nowhere else to go, so we made do. The listing has been corrected now, and I can say that otherwise it's a nice place, fully equipped (although...
