HASPARREN - C539: This house is ideally located in the center of Hasparren. Only 300m from the shops and 400m from the heart of the village, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation opens onto the large living room: living room with TV, dining room, open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave ...). The house is equipped with two bedrooms: one in master suite with bed 140 and TV, with dressing room and adjoining shower room, the other with a bed 140 + TV and storage. The accommodation also offers a second independent shower room with double sink.
The garden is fully fenced: gate and parking space in the courtyard.

Garage not included in the rental - exclusive use of the owner
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in conformity, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to verify that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the actual departure of the tenants.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- House cleaning: €77.
