"My family and I stayed here and it was wonderful. The pictures are accurate and I encourage anyone who is looking for a restful place to stay away from the city, to consider this place. Fishing was fun in the tank (perch and catfish) watching movies on the big screen by the pool was fantastic, and the use of the golf cart was a bonus. The hosts are nice and easy to deal with. Beds were super comfortable too. Plenty of space to relax and hang out. "

"We had a little trouble getting into the house, and the Wi-Fi would not cooperate with my phone to call the manager for help - but we FINALLY figured it out. It was really very simple, we were just tired and frustrated. It's a nicely secluded property, yet close to town. "We had a wonderful time in Lockhart. This house was in the perfect spot for us. We were going back and forth between Austin and San Antonio for the USATF Regional Track meet. We were able to walk to the historic downtown area. They have cute shops and great places to eat all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is also a HEB directly across the street from the house which made groceries for the week super easy. We highly recommend staying here if innthe area."

"This property served our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the extra touches did not go unnoticed. The only negative was the parking. If you are pulling a trailer or camper, be aware of small parking area in front of home and then street parking which is very tight. The owner is also very helpful and quickly responds with any concerns you may have. "

"Amazing property with an amazing experience you can enjoy your entire stay. The cabin was beautiful and secluded with a view of the pastures and a friendly horse that visits the front porch.
