Right in the middle of the Cape - Harwich is close to everything! This comfortable artist designed 2 bdrm home will be a great place to access all the Cape has to offer. Walk down the crushed shell path to the back door, where you can arrive any time after 3:00 P.M. with a lockbox.
Brand new central A/C to escape on those hot humid days, or sit outside on the covered patio. Comfortable new sofa. Newly painted, and new dishes, silverware, bedding, etc. Brand new washer/dryer on the first floor. Automatic candles fill the fireplace for atmosphere in the evening. The outdoor gazebo has automatic lights, and a comfy cushioned teak bench, with 2 more chairs and teak tables. Full size grill with a searing feature. Very roomy well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and separate dining area. A small crock pot perfect for 2 - throw that Italian sausage & sauce in there, and have it all ready for dinner when you come back from the beach! Clean as a whistle!! I do my own cleaning, so I know it's done right, AND - I don't charge you an extra cleaning fee like most places do.
The bike path is nearby, and a short scenic ride past cranberry bogs and old style cottages takes you to a quiet warm fresh water beach on Seymour's Pond. Chatham is a 10 minute drive, Hyannis 15 minutes away, and the outer beaches about a 15 - 20 minute drive. Red River or Bank Street beach in Harwich has tons of shells to collect, and the north side Brewster beaches are famous for their sand flats, where you can leisurely stroll through the shallows at low tide. Harwich center is close by, with all the amenities it has to offer - 2 great restaurants, convenience store, package store, and gas. Grocery stores just a 10 minute drive down the road. Bike rentals also available in Harwich center.
In the house, all bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs provided. All beds are made when you arrive, and you can leave them as is when you go, just like in a hotel. Hair dryer, bottled liquid soap and shampoos also provided. Coffee, tea , and creamers/sugar. No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in or out. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!
